Long Hiatus

Assalamualaikum





This is my update after 2 years hibernation.


I've been in hibernation mode from most of social media platform (especially Facebook and Blog) since my first child was born. And right now I'm slowing down my activities in Instagram as well. 


When I was away from most of SocMed, I think, I got more time for myself, my family, my kids ( I have two kids now by the way ). And maybe I don't wanna expose my kids too much in SocMed because I don't feel it safe. I only post about my family in my Instagram account since it private and I only approve friends and family.


My second child, Raihannah was born in October 2015. I've been full time housewife since then. She will be 2 years old next month. Rayyan, my first child is now 3y5m now. Both my kids are very active and growing pretty well. Sometimes they are so sweet, love each other, play together. Sometimes they're cat-fighting, berebut mainan but that's normal, that's what siblings do, right?


In a meantime, apart of being full time housewife, I am a personal graphic designer / part-time personal assistant for my husband. Yep, he's my boss now. Whenever he need a new poster for his upcoming classes, or new bunting design, or anything related, he will hire me. Haha. The good thing about that is I'm working at home while taking care of my kids. But that's not the best bart. The best part is, as a payment, he promises me a new makeup stuff, or new handbag or shoes. Well, what kind of women who doesn't want that, kan? 








My beautiful, wonderful kids. 




I can't tell if I will update more after this since being a mom is exhausting. Tengoklah macam mana. If I got 'Me Time' pun, I just wanna have some good rest and enjoy my calm & quiet moment while sipping a cup of coffee and some cookies or bread with chocolate spread. Urghh, that's HEAVEN!

Things You Should Know About Pregnant Lady

Alhamdulillah, Rayyan akan jadi abang tak lama lagi. Rezeki awal, takkan nak tolak kan? Lagipun this time memang tak rancang. Kalau tak rancang tiba-tiba dah ada, itu namanya rezeki + bonus! Haaa..

But! I'm not going to tell my story yet. Itu next entry akan dicerita. Kali ni nak share perkara yang patut korang tahu tentang wanita mengandung. Diharap para husband or wanita yang belum mendirikan rumah tangga / belum mempunyai anak boleh faham apa yang wanita mengandung rasa. Mana tau InsyaAllah turn korang pulak kan..?




1. Waktu makan kena konsisten

Ibu mengandung tak boleh lapar. Sebab tu kat dalam handbag diorang sentiasa ada biskut, roti, asam, air. When they say "I'm hungry", it doesn't mean they are planning to have a dinner in one or two hour. They want to eat NOW. So husbands out there, please alert dengan isteri anda. Feed her immediately. Or, she will eat your face! Tak lah, gurau je. But seriously, bagi dia makan cepat.



2. Yes, they gain weight. No, don't tell them how fat they are.




Gaining weight adalah tersangat-sangat NORMAL masa mengandung ye, akak-akak, abang-abang, makcik-makcik sekalian. So please, jangan bagitau diorang gemuk ke, mengembang ke, melebar ke. Rasanya semua tau kan ibu mengandung ni ada baby dalam perut. Memang la bertambah berat badan. Berat baby tambah dengan kandungan air ketuban, lemak yg terkumpul untuk penghasilan susu selepas bersalin, semua tulah! Boleh faham kan..?



3. Pregnant women are lazy

Especially during 1st trimester. Yes. I couldn't agree more. Kenapa? Susah sangat ke lepas makan, letak pinggan kat sinki? Susah sangat ke basuh pinggan? Susah sangat ke basuh baju? Awat pemalas sangat ni? Wahai para suami sekalian, it doesn't even matter. She is PREGNANT. She's carrying your baby. Seriously, just think about you complaining and what her response will be. Something like "Dishes? You're complaining about dishes??  I'm growing a human being in my stomach the size of a watermelon that I'll eventually have to push out an opening the size of a lemon. NOW WHAT WERE YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT AGAIN?!?" Nak tau kenapa ibu mengandung ni malas? Sebab...




4. Cepat letih

...Diorang cepat letih. Disebabkan berat yang diorang bawa dalam perut, diorang akan cepat letih. Lebih-lebih lagi diorang dah start rasa tak selesa waktu tidur, jadi tidur pun terganggu. So, kalau nampak ibu-ibu mengandung terlelap kat office sambil tangan kanan pegang mouse, tangan kiri pegang keyboard, faham-faham jelah. Eh, macam aku je. Hewhewhew..




5. Not-So-Morning Sickness




Patut tukar nama kepada All Day Sickness. Loya mual sepanjang hari. Even nak tidur pun mual-mual. Apakah..?




6. Pantyliner is your new bestfriend




Yes. Oleh sebab rahim kita semakin membesar dan menghimpit pundi kencing, maka everytime we cough, or sneeze, or even breathe, we pee a little. Tak boleh nak kawal. Thats why pantyliner kena pakai dan perlu sentiasa ada dalam bag kalau nak pergi mana-mana.





7. Sensitif





Sometimes, they can even cry for no reason. Cry because McD's worker got your order wrong, cry when you can't find your favorite dress, cry while watching TV. Kadang-kadang, suami tersalah cakap sikit pun boleh nangis. Dah tak pasal-pasal gelabah si suami. FYI, sensitif ni bukan dibuat-buat tau. Korang ingat aku sengaja ke menangis bila aku cari officemate kat meja dia tapi dia tak ada? *true story*




8. Semakin besar perut, semakin....




a. Susah nak potong kuku kaki.
b. Susah nak shaving / trimming
c. Susah nak tunduk kalau barang jatuh
d. Tak nampak kaki



9. Spicy food, no more




Say goodbye to cili potong, masak lemak cili api, tomyam, Maggi kari pedas, sambal belacan, and all spicy food. You're going to suffer heartburn / pedih ulu hati. It's normal as your belly getting bigger. Ala, takpe. Lepas pantang kan boleh makan pedas2 balik kan. Chills okay!






Aku nak tambah banyak lagi tapi malaslah (See! Pemalas betul mak buyong ni). Tapi aku rajinkan sikit untuk letak link yang jadi rujukan aku kalau anda-anda still rajin nak baca. Aku letak 3 je. Yang lain cari sendiri. Takkan itu pun nak kena suap jugak kan. Lol!
